Create Similar Playlist feature removed in the new look update?

My Question or Issue

I've noticed since the new look update that the create similar playlist feature is no longer accessible by right-clicking a playlist and I was curious whether anyone knows if this was because the feature was removed or simply moved to a different point of access. instead theres a somewhat redundant "create playlist" option there that simply creates a new empty playlist.
