Crossfade not working on specific artists and setting not saving.

Brief description of the issue:

Crossfade does not work for specific artists (Tennis) and the setting doesn't save once I leave the settings page. 

Steps I took:

1. First I turned on the crossfade option (12 seconds). Tried to play Tennis songs - crossfade would not work on any of the songs. Noticed that the option doesn't save once I leave the settings page.
2. Then I reset Spotify and opened it again as adminstrator. The crossfade option was not saved so I turned it back on. Songs from the artist Tennis will still not crossfade when I stay on the settings page but songs from Talking Heads will correctly crossfade.
3. I also searched for answers in the community but the front page all looks like spam from the same two or three accounts.

Device and operating system: Dell PC, Windows 7 Enterprise 

Type of Spotify account I have (Free/ Premium): Premium
