My Question or Issue

Daily Mixes have appeared on my phone ever since I got my account, even before the two week waiting period. If I open my phone right now I've got six.

 

However, if I open the web app, when I open the Daily Mix option, it says I have to browse more before I get any.

 

On the desktop application, the Daily Mixes are nowhere to be seen. Not in the Library sidebar, not in my playlists, not under Browse -> Discover.

 

Any ideas on how to get my Daily Mixes on the web and desktop versions?

That's quite strange. I'd expect the Daily Mixes to come in after a little while (the algorithms would need listening history and time).

 

Are you sure you're logged in the same account on all three devices? 🙂

(Daily Mixes should appear under My Library on desktop.)

Do you use Private Session/offline mode on any of your devices? If yes, that might cause playlists not to synchronise.

Are any other playlists you've made not synchronising between devices either (that you add a bunch of music to your playlist on PC and nothing appears on mobile)?

 

Also, is your computer at work or school? School and work networks often have restrictions that may cause such issues.

Not in a private session, not on a school or work computer or network.

 

However, it's (mostly) fixed itself now. Daily Mixes are now appearing on desktop and online Spotify, although I'm only getting one mix on those platforms instead of the five or six I'm getting on my phone.

 

I'm considering that fixed enough for now, but I'll update this topic if anything changes.

It's still quite funny that you have 6 Daily Mixes on your mobile, on a fresh account.

Normally they should appear gradually. Listening to different music a lot somewhat boosts the process, and the maximum number of mixes the user can get is 6.
