My Question or Issue

Hola! Tengo plan Premium, resido en Buenos Aires (Argentina) y la App de Windows 10 demora mucho en arrancar. No me pasa con otras Apps.

He estado esperando más de media hora!..😫

Ya probé de deshabilitar Aceleración de hardware que vi en algún post, pero no cambió nada.😞

Alguien me puede ayudar con alguna idea por favor?

This type of issue when the app is taking too long to start is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your device. In this case, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article since this process replaces damaged files and ensures you're running the latest version of the app.

If the issue persists, could you have someone log in with their account on your device - such as a friend or a family member, to see if the issue persists?. This will help us understand if it could be account-related or not.

Hi! Thanks OscarDC for your suggestion! I followed the procedure and reinstalled the App with negative results.

It takes more than 15 minutes to start.

I still need to try with another account and see if there is any difference.
