My Question or Issue

My IOS, and Web Player versions of spotify work fine, but the desktop app specifically grayed out all my songs, and tells me that “this content is unavailable” and when I play from my phone and try to switch it to the desktop app it says “please turn offline mode off” and offline mode is not on.

Hi, thanks for asking in the community! I would suggest you log out of your Desktop app and then restart your system, log in again and now check if it is working or not. Let us know how it goes, happy to help.
