My Question or Issue
Hello there, from yesterday i can't listen tracks on Spotify Desktop. I can on my Android Phone, Echo Plus and Web Player. When i click play on the top of the app there is status message with blue background:
ENG: Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it
Any solution? App reinstalled, cache deleted (appdata etc..)

Please try using your desktop account on a different internet connection or a differenet device to make sure this is only happening on the device you're using now.
In addition, i'd recommend running the Win update feature and audio drivers for updates and to make sure your system is fully updated.

I have tried on another pc but nothing can't listen anything. I have used my mobile connection too but nothing is change. Look like i can't listen music on desktop pc with my account.

Yeah all is updated but i foundf the problem. I have used a bluetooth spearkers, initially worked well, After closed and opened the PC again the system has changed the audio Setting for the quality from 16 bit 96.000hz to 32 bit 384.000 hz. With this setting Spotify Desktop Version doesn't work, i have changed it back and now i can listen again.
Where is this setting? In spotify settings I only see 'Streaming Quality' > Normal, High, Very High
Is this a Windows setting somewhere?
Yeah Is a Windows Setting
Sound > Playback devices > select your > proprieties > find the schedule with the settings
Sorry i have ITA lenguage in mine, don't how Is translted in ENG
FYI I fixed this issue by updating my audio driver.
