Desktop app stuck loading playlists and music

The web app will play music but will sometimes fail to load other screens such as playlists or the search tab. It will act like it is loading but will not go farther. It will only continue to play the current song but will not change the song or load new music. Forcing the app to close via task manager fixes the problem.

Hi! Are you trying to use the Desktop (MS Store [UWP] or x64) versions, or the Chrome Web App (PWA) version?
