Destop Music is not Sync with Music on the Phone

I have been using my phone to save and add music to my playlists and etc. But when i look on my PC most of the song dont apear to be in either of them at all., but when i go to my phone however they all seem to be there. I can stream then to my pc but that is a task on its own.

The same however does not happen to my phone. If i were to add music on my PC they will all still show up on my phone.

Is there a solution to this where the songs will sync with eachother.
