Displaying Playlist TITLES alphabetically

I have a lot of playlists and I want to sort that list alphabetically.  Not tracks within playlists - that's pretty straightforward.  I want to sort the actually list of playlists A-Z so it's easier to find the one I want.  

Also... on Desktop.  I found how to do this on my mobile devices.
