Downloaded playlists undownloaded without my consent

Hey what's up! I am running Spotify on my Asus Windows 10 laptop. I am a Premium user in the US and I use Spotify a lot! 

Sometimes, when I pull up Spotify on my computer, I find that I am somehow no longer signed in. Once I get signed in, none of my downloaded, offline playists are downloaded anymore. What gives? I cannot be bothered with this dilemma. I have too much going on. I need quick offline access to my playlists at all times, often with little prep. I host events and such at bars where I require this access. What can I do to guarantee this access is undisturbed in the future?
