Dual monitor struggles

I have a problem. I use win 7 and two monitors. To have windows bar at the both of them a use program Dual Monitor.

Before last update everything works well, but now i can't move open Spotify app to the second monitr. If I need open the Spotify, must klik on icon in windows bar in my first monitor and then Spotify window open on second monitor. But in second monitor isn't a icon in windows bar. I can't drag it, It's frozing in first monitor. I need music to work and this is quite annoying, because i can't skip song as fast as I need.

Hi there,

same issue for me. I noticed that the taskbar label also has the windows "progress" state active, which usually appears when spotify is downloading stuff. I think it got something to do with this behaviour.

See the green part at the left side of the screenshot.

Yes, I notice i have same "green progress" on my icon too. Maybe another
updates will prove it.
