EN cualquier ordenador se silencia el sonido una vez pasado unos segundos

Cuando empiezo a oir una canción en el ordenador se silencia el sonido y no puedo escucharlo.

Could you try to log out > restart your computer > log back in to see if that makes any difference for you? 

You mentioned that you're listening on a PC, but could you please let us know on which platform you're experiencing this issue on Spotify Web Player or our on Desktop App? 

We'll also need to know if this happens on all your devices. Can you try to listen to a song on your mobile device to see if you'll experience the same? 
 

In case you are, it'd be great if you could tell us the exact make and model of the affected device(s), its operating system, as well as your Spotify version. Any screenshots you can provide will also be helpful to identify what's causing this.
