Favorite songs deleted after reinstall, not playing anything at all

   Hi

 Short and naive description 

 Today my Spotify stopped playing not-favourite songs [those without heart clicked] and adding any new items to favourites wasn't working as well. Now nothing works.

 Better description 

 Step 1 of the disaster

In Favourite Songs I could listen to everything. Also, on artist page I could listen to all 'hearted' [favourite] songs. But after choosing any other song [not from favourites], in the lower left corner, where there should be album cover, song title and artist name, it shows blank cover and no text [image attached], of course music doesn't play, as shown on the image.

 Step 2 

 So I reinstalled Spotify, as I did few weeks ago on another PC, where it helped. Not only it didn't help this time - worse things happened: I can't play no track at all [the attached image shows a proof: a favourite track not eager to be played]. Also, all of my favourite songs disappeared. Clear. Nada. Null. Zero. In Favourite Songs, in Albums section, everywhere great emptiness. But it's even trickier: on artist pages my favourite songs still have hearts filled, which means that Spotify should remember them.

 The Big Question 

 Guys, what to do?
