First Track (only) of a Playlist Repeats

The first track of any playlist repeats once, and then the rest of the playlist continues as normal and does not repeat again.  The repeat button is off.  This makes no sense.  This is on-line streaming (not downloaded content - I don't do downloads so cannot comment on if it does it then).

Anyone have any ideas?
