Friend Activity Not Live

I read the previous posts that are marked as "fixed", however I have yet to see any actual consistency with the friend activity feed updating. The issue is across multiple computers so it highly unlikely an issue that only I am experiencing. I can be sitting next to someone listening on their mobile or using the desktop app while my feed shows what they listened to last week. For example, a friend is currently listening on a mobile and is suddenly updating live.. while a co-worker is 20 feet from me on the desktop app and hasn't updated in 3 days. What's going on Spotify? This is potentially an excellent feature but doesn't seem to actually work!

That seems to be a known issue which is currently under investigation by the Spotify technical team. You can check how it is going and vote for to catch more attention here.

The previous response is correct. I have the issue as well, I believe there just tends to be a delay due to connection issues.
