Friend activity gone for one person

My Question or Issue

Why is one of my friend activity not showing? I tried following and unfollowing the person, but it still wouldn't show. Have tried clean reinstalls and restarting my laptop, still not working.

Not revealing their names for privacy reasons, but it's obvious right?

I purposely included the bottom with the lyrics to show that I'm not cropping my friend's name out, but I don't understand what's going on.

Could you let us know if the fiend activity of that specific person is not showing at all or if it's just not updating.

Also, can you run us through any troubleshooting you've done so far.

It's not showing at all...

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, logging out and logging in again, and restarting my laptop on different occasions. None of them worked.

Thanks for the confirmation.

One reason for this might be that the user has blocked their Friend activity from being displayed.

Can you check with them that they've allowed other people to see their info and streaming activity?

If a user has blocked information sharing on their profile, others won't be able to see their music listening activity.
