Greyed out songs that are available on Spotify

For some reason, a file I downloaded off Napster almost 2 decades ago, Traci Lords - Fallen Angel (bottom of the image) is not greyed out, however the entire album including that same track which I purchased from iTunes is greyed out.  I verified that this artist is indeed available on Spotify.  What might be causing Spotify to do this?  I actually have this issue with several songs from other artists, but this is just 1 example.
