How can I easily switch to my PC to play music after coming home listening through iPhone?

Hello, I’m wondering if there is a way to easily switch my music to my desktop when I come home listening through my iPhone and not having to log in on my PC when it’s idle. 

Is there anyway to do that without having to make it so that my PC never goes to sleep or locks?

I have spotify premium, if it makes any difference.

Probably not if your computer is in sleep. It might be possible to do this if your computer is idle/locked with Spotify app open.

Open Spotify app on your PC and lock the computer. Now open Spotify on your iPhone and check if you can use Spotify Connect to switch playback to your PC.
