How can i disable Spotify from auto updating?

I installed an older version of Spotify on by PC because the new Spotify doesnt has the features from the past. But after a few times there is this blue point at the right corner and says that an Update is ready. How can i disable this? I dont want the new Version.

Hi, thanks for posting! Unfortunately, there isn't any official way to prevent Spotify from automatically updating, but I highly recommend checking out the ideas section to like and comment on any features you'd like to see implemented and/or brought back from the older version you were using, and you can also propose a new idea if you find the one you're interested in hasn't already been submitted.
