How come the same songs repeat instead of the rest of the 915 liked songs that I have?

My Question or Issue

So I have about 915 songs that I've liked.  How come I find my songs playing in the same loop, even though I have it set to shuffle with repeat off?  There will be like a short 15-20 song playlist that keeps repeating, and I don't understand why.

Also, because of this, it seems to not play the other 915 songs that I have liked.  It's quite frustrating.  This doesn't happen all of the time, but quite often, and it's annoying.

I pay for Premium, and just shuffle up my music, all songs, like it's supposed to!
