 How to add a song from playlist to liblary , becouse I I had to add a song from an album , becouse It's not a avaible on spotify ( lemonade beyonce ) and I cant add it

I don't really understand what you are saying. Do you mean you can't add a song from your playlist straight to the library?

I'm not sure if I did understand you very well, but apparently you want to add  a song from an album that it's not available on spotify to your library. 

If that is the case, you would have the song downloaded in your computer and then do the following:

https://support.spotify.com/us/using_spotify/features/listen-to-local-files/

Just have in mind that unlike Google play music you can not send your local music to the cloud, it will just sync the music that you have in your computer with your smarthphone...
