How to add local file to IOS?

The same playlists shows nothing in my IPhone, how to fix this, thanks a lot.

Check out this support article:

First, import your local files to Spotify using the desktop app (see "Desktop" instructions above), then add the files to a playlist. Then:

Make sure your mobile device is connected to the same WiFi network as your desktop app.
Open the Spotify mobile app and select the playlist containing the local files.
Switch on Download.

Thank for your reply, however, I followed the instruction before, but I can't find those song on my IOS devices.
