How to remove all songs from the local files

Hi

My music library is a bit messed up.  I want to remove all songs from my library/local files on the desktop Spotify app.  I have tried various methods  I found on the internet, but none of them worked for me? 

Also, I have already turned off the folders under local files in preferences.

That's must be a way to do this.  Can someone please let me know?

I am using Win10.

Hey @MJ59HK, welcome to the community!

All the files in the Local Files folder should disappear when you turn off the source folders under Settings > Local Files.

However, doing this will only gray out the local files used on any playlist. You'll need to manually select the local files from each playlist and delete them.

In case turning off the source folders doesn't help, try fully closing the Spotify app and launching it again before enabling/disabling the folders again.
