I opened the app on my laptop and there was a sign that said that I didn´t have internet conection but I did have. So, I log out and when I tried to log in again it doesn´t work and the cursor turned into a 'do not' sign. I tried reinstalling the app, rebooting, changing the password but I can´t log in.

are you using firewall? Is it enabled for Spotify?
are you using proxy? Please also check the one included in Spotify app.
What system do you use? Windows? Mac?
You can log in using Web player. Is this correct?

It sound like a technical bug.
The problem was that my antivirus desable the internet connection for the app, i don't know why but I could enable it and now it works.
