I can't log into the app using the facebook login

I can log into my account through facebook online, but as soon as I try to login through the app, it says a problem occured. This is happening on my work computer. The tech team said they were able to do it and don't know why mine is not working.

Are you maybe using VPN? VPN services can negatively impact the app functionality and using both VPN and the app together is not recommended.

Have you also tried any troubleshooting steps so far? If yes - what have they been?
