I cannot get spotify premium on my account anymore

My Question or Issue

I used to have Spotify premium but I cancelled my plan a few months ago, however now I want to require Spotify Premium and every time I try to upgrade the message of "Something went wrong" occurs.  My card is fine is there anyway I can try to fix this? Thanks.

Could you try processing payment using a different browser or private window? Also, follow the steps provided in this support article.
