 Recently I downloaded the program spotify for PC, it turns out that it does not open, try other versions and nothing does not want to open the program, my other solution was to open the problem solver was what I did when progar the recommended configuration appears "Run .DLL problem when starting c: /windows/system32/pcwutl.dll "
I downloaded DLL solver programs and nothing. Please, I need your help, thank you.

I noticed you said download the .dll solver programs. Do you mean you have already manually downloaded pcwutl.dll file and physically put it in the system32 file?

The same thing I did, in the two folders the 32 and 64

the error persists, download the DLL fixer program and nothing.
