If I try to skip a song Spotify skips multiple songs

My Question or Issue

If I try to skip one song with a shortcut on my keyboard Spotify either skips two or multiple songs. 

Mostly it happens when I'm in a videogame or if I open Teamspeak 3.

Sometimes Spotify just stops working after that and I have to restart it.
I already tried to reinstall it having everything deleted first.

I also tried to press the 3 dots in the top left , go to view and unchecked Hardware Acceleration.
