Import iTunes / AppleMusic

I use Apple Music / iTunes and wanted to give Spotify a try. But there is no option to import iTunes-Playlists, or is there any?

A heavy tool on iTunes is option of creating a smart playlist by individual aspects based on rating, metadata, date of import, last played etc...

Is there any option to create a smart playlist on spotify? Is there any option to write metadata of songs?

It seems, Spotify is far away for people loving sorting and organizing their music quite well. There is also no option of rating songs in Spotify, or?
