Is it possible to put a thumbnail on downloaded songs ?

I dowbloaded some new songs on Spotify, but I don't know how to put a thumbnail on them, or if it is even possible. It would be very nice if someone could help me !

Now the solution.

You click on '...' next to song/playlist , than copy song/playlist link.

Then you create a shortcut to that link on your desktop or home screen.
