Is it possible to trick Spotify into thinking im online?

I currently have a issue, Spotify thinks I'm offline while I'm online.

Indeed windows reports that my Internet connection doesn't work.

But this is wanted, it is correct that windows says I got "no Internet" while I indeed got internet.

I need to trick Spotify into thinking it got internet because it **bleep**ing got it.

I can log into my account, I can load playlist etc, but I cannot play songs.

Even this website throws errors (see attachments).
