It’s not letting me log in even though i’m putting in the right password

I reset my password a few times and made sure to put it in perfectly when it didn’t work at first, but it still won’t let me log in. I’m logged in on other devices but this just isn’t working, It keeps saying the password is wrong, and if i try to log in with the google account i used, it says i don’t have a google email linked to my account.

If this is happening in one device in particular, try logging from there but using this link. If it works, then it's best to reinstall the app with these steps. You can also try logging in using your username, instead of your email or vice versa. You can check your username from any of the other devices you're logged into with this link. Bear in mind that your username can be a long random sequence of letters and numbers. 

On another note, if you get that message when you try using the Google option, it's most likely because your account is not linked. You can have an account created with a Gmail email and not connected directly to your Google account. They're different options. So make sure you write down your email/username and password.
