League of Legends lags very badly when spotify is playing (even in offline mode)

My Question or Issue

 When I play League, I love to listen to music. However, recently when I have tried to play spotify even in offline mode when I'm in game, I first get heavy fps lag, then soon after League freezes, followed by my computer. It's extremely irritating, and I would love any help in solving this.

Yeah the same thing happens to me. Just before any song begins i lose like 60 fps on league of legends while my sound also gets weird and the music stops.
I already tried to: disable hardware acceleration, use offline mode, clear cache and local files, disable high quality streaming and disable normalize volume. Nothing seems to fix it.

Same thing happens to me too. Its so annoying. I downloaded all my playlists and using spotify on offline mode but nothing changes. When a new song begins i get a lag spike from like 25ms to 190-250ms.
