My Question or Issue

I have been presented with a suggested podcast that contains a word that isn't allowed on this forum in the title. This word is not safe for work, and isn't acceptable for use around young children or in polite conversation. Why can't I remove or turn off this suggestion? Every time I launch the application, there it is, BLEEP Town. Over and over. I don't want to bleeping see it any more. I'm betting if I attached a screen shot of the podcast in question the image would be removed as "explicit" and I'd be banned/reprimanded.
