Loading... Playlists

Hi,

I have seven playlists that Spotify won't load and cannot be deleted by me. The left hand Spotify playlist panel just shows "Loading...: . I have tried the same Spotify account on a Windows 10 Mobile Phone and on two Windows 10 PCs, and I have the same issue on each device. I no longer have any idea what might be on the playlists, I just want to delete them ... somehow, please. I am using the Windows Store app on all devices. I have (hard) reset the phone and repaired Windows on the PCs but none of this made any difference. Drivers and software on all devices are up-to-date.
