Local Files not finding all files in folder

I listen to many mixtapes so I like to have them and my streaming music all in one place. I have deleted and redownloaded all my mixtapes multiple times but Spotify on Windows cant seem to find all my files. I have deleted the local file using %appdata% and it still doesnt work. It seems to give me random numbers on how many of my local files download but it never gets them all which is very frustrating. Please help!
