Local files play but artist and album are greyed out

last week I was working on my local files area. Each song I would click on Album and choose the song and add it to Songs in my Library. (I did this so when I didn't have my external drive plugged in I would have the song still available in Songs in my Library. Not the file from the drive but the song from spotify.) Then after that I would click on the Artist and look at the top ten songs and see if there were any I liked and add them as well to Songs in my Library. I did this for days slowely matching songs in my local files tab to ones on Spotify. Now ocasionally I would find songs in my local files I didn't like any longer or did some editing to because perhaps the spelling was off. So I would in the setttings turn off pointing it to the drive and then delete the local-files.bnk file so when I restarted Spotify and reset it to point to that drive I would have a new list in the local files.

Since the last update now when I click on my local files it shows the songs, I can play them, but I can no longer click on artist column or the album column. They are both greyed out. I've totally uninstalled Spotify and reinstalled but to no avail. Can anyone help me with this?
