My Question or Issue

I have setting of streaming: Very High. Loudness profile: Loud. Yesterday when I created my playlist, everything played well. Today when I opened Spotify again (computer was put to sleep). The output is like only half, see screenshot. Whereas same clip on low stream setting on Facebook plays to maximum. I can see LEDs output on my soundcard and it is also in the middle. Even I have Pro Audio equipment, I cannot amplify sound so loud from Spotify in order to listen to pop/dance music! I sent similar problem here in 2017 and it has never been solved. This is insane! This is not normal! I think I should publish this somewhere and quit premium.
