Lyrics display on PC very unpleasant, only 3 lines that jump halfway.

My Question or Issue:
The new Lyrics option does not work good on pc
...it works great on android as there it shows the lyrics as a whole and in some cases even highlights (approximately) along with the song.
On PC however i only get 3 lines that are also terribly synced.
When the song is halfway the second line this line suddenly jumps up and becomes the first line... totally disorientating you. also because the font is really big and the spacing between the lines is very large, this makes the sudden jump al the more confusing.
Al this makes singing/reading along in the pc version very unpleasant and difficult.

Could you please make the PC app lyrics  behave the same as those in the android app?

I understand your query and I have been hoping for a new lyrics UI as well. Luckily, we have it now. Spotify recently pushed a new Desktop Update that brings the new lyrics UI that is very similar to the one we see in the Mobile App. Just update your Spotify App and see if the changes are there. I will attack my screenshot below for your reference.
