Media keys popup box

Even when the option is disabled, if i restart my computer it still shows the pop up box. Have to disable it and re enable it again before it wont show it up any more. Very annoying and was wondering if anyone has a soultion.

Having the same issue everytime spotify is relaunched the media key notifcations return even though it is set to off in the settings, if i enable and then disable the option it fixes it until spotify is relaunched.
