Metered connection not respected

Hi,

Similar to this idea https://community.spotify.com/t5/Android/Android-app-does-not-respect-metered-WiFi-networks/m-p/1921..., the Desktop app does not respect metered connections.

This is really very "rude" compared to many other applications.

I had specificially downloaded all the music I wanted to have on my laptop during a few weeks away from wifi.  One time when connecting to internet over a cellular data connection, while spotify app was open (and not even playing anything), it immediately starts to update offline files, inexplicably.  That in itself is a problem, but one way or another, it should not be doing any such thing while on a metered connection.
