Minimised mode does not release media keys and also shows no icon in the task bar

When I switch spotify to  minimised, I love how it remembers where I was in the app etc etc, but I don't love how it doesn't relrease the media keys while Windows seems to think no media keys were pressed.

When maximised, if I press play/pause Windows will show its black box in the top corner to say it is effecting the spotify app, but when minimised this does not happen. Spotify acts very much like a rogue program, it even has no task bar icon.

Would be cool to sort these so that spotify has a task bar icon and the Windows media handler understands that spotify is still playing, also would be awsome to add option that when minimised spotify should release media keys to other applications.

Oh, now the media keys suddenly work right with spotify minimised, so just no task bar icon and a switch to release media keys.
