Missing Media buttons in the Task bar

Hi everybody

Im using Spotify as a Desktop Version on my Windows 10. Since always I had some media buttons like "Play" and "Next" when I go with the mouse over the Spotify-Icon (in the Task bar). But now when Im doing the same, the buttons are not shown anymore! What I have to do/change?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Would you mind seeing if any of the following suggestions does the trick in this case?

• Restart the Spotify app. 
• Log out and back in. 
• Check the app is up-to-date.
• Reinstall the app.
  Note: After reinstalling, you'll need to redownload any music you've made available for offline listening.

If the above suggestions don't help, it'd be great if you'd try a different internet connection. If this works, take a look at the section Check the connection here.
