Most images won't load, either on desktop app or website

For a few months now, Spotify randomly won't load images: album art, artist profile pictures, video thumbnails, playlist covers.

There is apparently no pattern, sometimes a playlist will have every image loaded, but I can close and restart the app and the second half of the playlist won't have any images loaded. I can close it and open it again and now every other song has their album cover loaded. This happens on both the desktop app and the website.

I have tried:
- Closing and reopening the app
- Logging out and back in

- Running Spotify as administrator
- Restarting my computer
- Performing a clean uninstall
- Using an uninstaller to uninstall Spotify
- Installing from the website
- Installing from the microsoft store

I'm on a Windows 11 desktop. Specs:

Intel i9-13900KF

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070

ASUS PRIME Z790-P

32GB RAM

I have an older Windows 10 Samsung laptop, running a much older version of the app, and it also has this problem.

No problems on iOS app

Could you try signing up for a new account and login with that? See if that makes any difference.

Also, let me know if this happens only on the web and desktop app or mobile app as well?
