My activity not showing in last.fm and discord

My Question or Issue

Last.fm and Discord can't see what music I'm playing, other users can see my activity, but I suspect that not for long. I've been listening to music pretty much nonstop all day and the last saved track from me on last.fm was 17h ago. Discord just doesn't show anything at all next to my username.
