My desktop spotify downloads updates every day

Greetings, for a week my spotify desktop application has been downloading updates daily, sometimes it downloads many updates in a single day, having finished updating it. I would like to know if there is any way to fix this error. Thank you

Could you let me know if your Spotify was installed through the Windows Store or as a standalone app from spotify.com? 🙂

Also, does it start downloading updates and installing every time you open the app?

I suspect your Spotify shortcut might be linked to the installer instead of the Spotify's .exe file.

No, the application I have is Spotify.com. There is no possibility that the installer is running. Since the spotify application opens, it shows the beginning with my playlists. I tried reinstalling the app again and two days ago it started downloading updates again. This message appears in the upper right, next to my account name.
