My downloaded songs get deleted in offline mode

My Question or Issue

Since about four of five days ago, sometimes whenever I play a song, while being in offline mode (in which is also a problem for me, since the spotify on my computer is constantly showing offline, despite me being connected to the internet), my songs get marked as not available after few seconds into the song, and spotify broadcasts that apparently I have to import it to the computer, and after some time, it gets available to listen to again; this also probably isn't about that I'm from a country where spotify is probably filtered, as I have tried it with a vpn, and it still is the same thing. Please, please fix this bug. It's so annoying and frustrating.
