My entire spotify has been a mess

My Question or Issue

So, I have a list of problems I've been having lately. The main one is whenever I start up Spotify on my desktop, it says that I have no songs liked, no playlists, or anything, but when I log and and log back in, they show up. Secondly, my songs aren't synced with my spotify app on my phone anymore, only showing songs before a week ago. Also, despite being connected to the same internet, I can't connect spotify on my phone to my desktop. This has never happened before and it only started happening this week. Both my spotify desktop and mobile apps are up to date and I already did the offline mode thing and reinstalled spotify.
