My lyrics won't follow the current lyrics as they play

I am on a windows laptop and sometimes, when i go into the lyrics, it doesn't automatically scroll to the lyric currently playing

Not all lyrics on Spotify are time-synced - this is handled by the artists themselves. You'll find more info in this article.
