My playlists don't come up when I try to add a song to a playlist

Since the Windows update, my Spotify has been slow, and I'm having a problem with adding songs onto any of my playlists. I try adding a song, and obviously, usually all of my playlists come up, but only ''New Playlist'' comes up. It's really frustrating!
